Hi! Thought it was about time to generate some action on the discussion page. John and I still haven't made our travel arrangements (because someone decided to run off to Florida without me!) but we are currently planning on being in Las Vegas between Thursday, 7/17, and the following Monday or Tuesday.
We'd like to find out what dates other people are planning on being there, and whether or not they would be interested in participating in any group excursions (Hoover Dam or one of Nevada's legal bordellos (NOT!), for example).
Also, we'd like to try to match up any people interested in sharing rental cars. All the casino attractions are clustered in one or two areas, so aside from any trips into the desert and the drive out to my Mom's house on Sunday, there may not be much driving necessary. Plus, this seems like a simple way to cut costs!
